The Portuguese community of Hongkong beg most respectfully and dutifully, to offer their sincere congratulations to Her Most Gracious Majesty the Queen and Empress on this the fiftieth anniversary of Her Majesty's Accession praying the Almighty to bless the Sovereign under whose rule they are happy and well protected in this Colony.
